My motivation is that I want to bring my contribution in NGO's programs because I have 20 years of experience with World Vision in different ways as quality program, program coordinator (I coordinated 5 bases in Niger where there are regional Managers), program management (Manager of ADP), DRR (disaster Risk Reduction) committee member and Grant Team Leader with grant management experience and have a certificate. It will be also my contribution to help people outside of my country because my experience can be shared with other in order to enhance people’s capacity and wellbeing. My experience in management, agronomy, commodity, WASH, Resilience, agroforestry and disaster reduction allow me to meet the challenges of my commitment to fight against natural disasters but also in coaching I could bring to young people the resilience techniques and management as well as succession planning. In return I will be open to learn from that people other things that can serve me in the life.
