I am a consummate gender professional with over 10 years of experience in prevention and response to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Violence Against Women (VAW) in 20 countries across Africa, South East Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. A significant aspect of my work has entailed technical support to national, regional and global projects, specifically: GBV risk mitigation, protection mainstreaming, case management, capacity development, cross-functional coordination, budget and project management, and systems strengthening. I speak English (C2) and Swahili (C1). I am flexible and can work independently as well in teams and exceed expectations given the limited availability of my leader.
