DREAMS Innovation Grant and Together for Girls Initiative and USAID GBV and education programme) with a portfolio value of $35 million over 5 years * Successfully led the development and resourcing of Program Development and Quality Unit in CARE IRAQ. * Successfully developed the patnership localization strategy, gender and disability inclusion strategies for CARE Iraq and Save the Children. * Grew Child protection and CRG portfolio in Somalia from 5% to 15% * Led the Development and Refresh of country strategies for Afghanistan and Iraq. * Management of an annual child protection and child rights governance portfolio averaging USD 15 million per year, including justice sector, social welfare systems, child protection systems and social protection technical support to government. * Led the implementation multi country DREAMS Innovation grant for Girls Education in Tanzania, Swaziland and Tanzania with a value of 15 million USD. * Led the development of the National case management system to keep girls in school for the World Bank funded Girl's Education and Women's Empowerment and Livelihoods (GEWEL) Project in Zambia. * Project Advisor for FCDOs SAFE program in Zimbabwe and CHANGES in Somalia * Advisor on Social welfare systems strengthening programs in Zimbabwe ,Swaziland (AIBT) and Tanzania * Senior mentor for the Somalia women's mentorship program. * Proven track record of leading cross-sectional teams across the region in integrated programs (health, education, monitoring and evaluation and livelihoods, grants and finance). * Led several high levels research at global, regional and country level.
