Firstly, I am a person formed in very strong values as self-confidence, discipline and solidarity as a result of a solid education. Secondly I am a qualified and proficient professional with over 25 years of experience on several fields promoting development all around the world.
In my life experience, I have always been guided by a broad vision with an appropriate approach and attitude towards the social and cultural differences related to vulnerable populations (especially youth and children at risk, women and indigenous people) by adopting principles oriented toward tolerance, willingness to serve the people and to improve work processes for and with them.
Regarding my professional experience as manager or consultant, I have to say that I am qualified for this position enough considering my experience, knowledge, skills and competencies. In fact, my experience is related to the provision of technical support in areas such as job training and income generating activities for young people at risk, food security, empowerment of women and indigenous peoples, local economic development and institutional capacity building. Seeking to improve manageability and identify funding opportunities. I have been several times as coordinator of the multidisciplinary teams in the institutions and projects, but I'm also responsible for the preparation of the terms of reference, monitoring the work of experts, quality control and financial management. Finally I have worked giving institutional support to partners in the planning, development and reporting.
