Over 20 years of experience providing quality financial and grant management, programmatic budgeting and planning, and PFM capacity development for partners and government representatives. Experience with compliance and reporting requirements for international donors, including DANIDA, FCDO/UKAID, USG/USAID, OFDA, NMFA, Sida, EU, Germany, SDC, UNICEF, and UNHCR. Experience working with international NGOs (Save the Children, CARE and Plan International), management consultancies (Chemonics, ORGUT, Mott MacDonald, and Ecorys). Experienced in establishing financial administration and internal control systems from inception to closeout., including course correction to incorporate lessons learned. Expertise also includes sub-grant management, operations, administration, logistic and human resource management, as well as capacity building and training of financial management teams.
