For more than 20 years, I have been leading international development programmes and advisory projects across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Eastern Europe. My focus has been on strengthening public institutions, building capacity, and driving sustainable reforms in emerging economies. I bring a unique dual perspective: As a Director in management consulting firms, I have overseen large-scale EU-funded Technical Assistance projects, ensuring strategic delivery, financial oversight, and cross-cultural team leadership. As a partner for NGOs and grant-based organisations, I have coordinated initiatives that maximise impact, compliance, and sustainability, aligning donor priorities with local realities. ✅ Experienced with the major international donors and financial institutions (EU/EC, World Bank, ADB, AfDB, EIB, IFC, EBRD, etc.). ✅ Skilled in leading multicultural teams, negotiating with governments, and steering complex partnerships. ✅ Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish – enabling me to bridge stakeholders across continents. I am passionate about turning cooperation programmes into tangible results for communities and helping organisations—whether private consultancies or NGOs—achieve both operational excellence and lasting impact.
