I’m an economist with a with an international and multidisciplinary background. My strength is a combination analytical and management skills. I have over 14 years of experience from many different organisations all over the world including national governments, united nations, NGOs, and consulting companies. My specialisation is in development economics, cost benefit analysis and welfare economics, national accounts, project management, survey design and management, and monitoring and evaluation. I’m also skilled in management and financial accounting. Thematically I’m most experienced in international development, economic policy, rural development, agriculture, small islands states, energy and energy subsidies, and maritime transport. Geographically I have experience from Asia (China, Myanmar, Vietnam), South America (Bolivia, Brazil, Falkland Islands, Uruguay), Africa (Ethiopia, Namibia), and the Pacific (Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu).
