Retired executive and seasoned professional with over 33 years working in the Canadian Federal Government, spanning multiple departments. Specialized in gender equality, diversity and inclusion, complemented with extensive expertise in human resources, strategic policy, corporate planning, and enterprise performance measurement. Known for strong communication skills and a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across sectors. While working at Canada Revenue Agency, I directed the Gender Balance Analysis Plus Centre of Expertise and also represented Canada as the Gender Balance Champion, for the OECD Forum for Tax Administration, advocating for gender equality on a global scale. Over the last two years, have been serving as Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Advisor for the Solomon Islands Inland Revenue Division (IRD), where I have been leading the development and execution a comprehensive action plan to enhance workforce diversity and establish gender-responsive policies, programs and practices. More recently, contributed to the development of IRD's five-year strategic plan. With a broad background across multiple disciplines, I seek opportunities to leverage my skills and drive meaningful progress in advancing gender equality and inclusion, promoting progressive HR practices, and supporting the modernization of institutions in developing countries.
