I am a senior technical advisor and program manager with 19 years of progressively responsible experience in global health and international development. My expertise includes strategic planning, project design and management, monitoring and evaluation, and communications. With USAID, I advise US Government officials, Ministries of Health, and implementing partners on public health resource allocation, program design, operational planning, and research and evaluation. I have designed projects and selected applications for more than $500 million dollars of USAID global health programming across three countries. Previously, in senior project leadership roles as Deputy Chief of Party and Operations Manager, I supervised multi-disciplinary teams of up to 19 people and led project consortiums of 15 organizations to deliver results in challenging environments. I am skilled at facilitating capacity building and knowledge sharing among diverse stakeholders including local and international development organizations, national governments, and multilateral agencies. My public health experience includes HIV; family planning; malaria; water, sanitation, and hygiene; maternal and child health; and infectious disease outbreak response. I hold a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the George Washington University in Washington, DC and speak English, French, Spanish, and Zarma.
