6 years experience as a gender specialist in Government, NGO's and UN. 4 years as a project officer and programme manager in social and economic development programmes in Portugal, post conflict and conflict affected countries, focusing on gender in emergencies, post conflict reconstruction, democracy and governance. Main experience in gender mainstreaming, training, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes, gender analysis of programmes and policies, and consultation processes.
