Have strong academic background; a wide-range of experiences in development and humanitarian projects; experience in Food Security, Maternal and Child Health Nutrition (MCHN), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Agriculture and Livelihoods, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Gender, Youth Development, Good Governance and Social Accountability , Infrastructural Development, Capacity Building, etc.; managed multi-sectors and integrated projects funded by USAID, BMZ, DFID, EC, World Bank, German Foreign Office, France Foreign Office, UN, etc.; worked in 5 countries; eleven years working experience in conflict and post-conflict zones; strong leadership and management skills; played strategic and operational roles; managed large scale budgets; dealt consortium partners both national and international including UN; managed a large number of human resources with diversified background and of 18 nationalities; strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, skills on MIS, Quality Assurance and M&E, SCM and HR so on.
