I am a self driven and an ambitous person who wants to create something new, who want to make a difference and who love changes for betterment. I always think out of box and try to see beyond the limit while performing a job. I like pro active attitude; committment and dedication are my passion. My key competencies are below;

• Presently working in the UN system i.e. with ILO as National Program Manager for Private Sector Development that provide very wide work capacity from preparation of work plan, budgeting till implementation, coordination and fund disbursement.
• Over 18 years of professional experience of which 13 years performed with international organizations in Project Coordination at National level and rewarded for outstanding management capability
• Have strong background as “Coordinator” of the World’s biggest Value Chain Project e.g. “Katalyst”, a multidonor funded large project. Specialist on “Gender Sensitive Value Chain Analysis” and “Value Chain: making market work for the poor”
• MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka, the country’s best business school with core courses on ‘Finance, Management, Statistics, Business Communication, Macro & Micro Economics, International Trade, etc…
• Highly experienced in private sector development (mostly SMEs) through various technical assistance, consultancy services, linkage with financial institutions, capacity building training, etc… on behalf of World Bank, USAID and United Nations.
• Very efficient in forming strategic alliance with Trade Bodies and Social partners and get the work going with all the partners efficiently
• Provided consultancy and ran training courses on entrepreneurship, preparing business plan, expanding the business, addressing the compliance issues, how to be competitive,.......
• Possess Excellent networking ability with the GOs/NGOs, private sectors, development agencies and all other stakeholders & partners
• Aware of global economic condition, political situation in country, future compliance requirement and its impact on trade and employment and plan intervention foreseeing the future opportunity
