During last decade I held a range of responsible assignments: program planning, budgeting, program coordination and financial management; monitoring and evaluation. My technical experience includes capacity development, resource mobilization, organization of International conferences, and working with local government entities and high level officials. I am familiar with reporting, accounting, and procurement requirements of international organizations like USAID and UNDP.
