An experienced, motivated, highly committed to Gender Equality and inclusion, I have 23 years working experience with UN agencies and international organisations in different countries like OXFAM in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Srilanka, IRC in Pakistan, UNDP in Somalia and UN Women in Cox's Bazar. With highly developed organizational skills, I have experience of working in both development and humanitarian context in shaping up policies and strategies through providing managerial and advisory support to the organisations in achieving Gender Equality. My core competencies are achieving result through programme management including monitoring and evaluation, mainstreaming gender and social inclusion, Sector specific gender integration, managing partners and clients, managing team, capacity strengthening of staff of national and International NGOs and Government staff. I have highly developed analytical and inter-personal skill, work well independently and in a team and have experience working in cross-cultural team. As a motivated, dynamic and efficient learner, I look forward to work in a dynamic environment to contribute and to learn.
