20 years of international development experiences focusing on education and gender sectors. Extensive work experiences in designing, developing and managing education programs working with CIDA, IRC, MSI, UNICEF, UNOPS, USAID and the World Bank in South Asia, East Africa, and the USA. Core strengths are research in education, girls' education and gender equality, out of school children and youth, knowledge and good practice exchange, development effectiveness, teaching and learning in the countries affected by fragility and conflict.
