Over 21 years of experience working in remote regions of Bangladesh, including the Chittagong Hill Tracts, haor areas (seasonal wetlands), and the char lands (exposed river islands) of both north and south.Expertise on Humanitarian Diplomacy, Networking and frontline Negotiation, Management skills, Humanitarian assistance, partnerships, and coordination including capacity building of youth and women. 15 years experience working in the protection field in Bangladesh. Experienced to work on the Gender Parity Strategy for the United Nations in Bangladesh. Additionally, experience working on capacity building of youth groups and promoting specific thematic topics like Gender Equity Social Inclusion (GESI) and promoting the rights and access everywhere for inclusion of people with disabilities and marginalized groups. Extensive tenure in facilitating livelihood support programs tailored for rural areas, coupled with the development of specialized communication training materials and modules catered to the distinct requirements of delegations and operational regions. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering humanitarian aid during times of crisis nationwide. Effectively manage contacts and cultivate robust networks with pertinent national and regional organizations and institutions of strategic significance to mobilize resources and expertise in security matters.
