I am a monitoring and evaluation specialist with over fifteen years of specialized experience in research, monitoring and evaluation of agriculture, livelihoods, economic recovery, health, nutrition, WASH, food security, education and protection programs in Uganda, South Sudan, Yemen, and Iraq. I have provided technical support in setting up and implementing M&E systems for a range of projects funded by UN agencies, BMZ, USAID, OFDA, German Federal Foreign Office, Gates Foundation, DFID, Sida, ECHO, DANIDA, CIDA, World Bank among others through my work with GIZ in Iraq, International Rescue Committee - Yemen, UNFPA - Uganda, World Vision – South Sudan, Abt Associates Inc, Johns Hopkins University Centre for Communication Programs and Naguru Teenage Information and Health Centre - Uganda. I possess extensive experience in setting up monitoring and evaluation systems, client feedback and complaints systems, third party monitoring systems and streamlining data quality assurance processes
