I am an individual consultant, with deep expert knowledge on procurement related issues, in particular green growth procurement. From a procurement platform, I have been engaged in a wide range of fields. Apart from value for money (ascertained by user/stakeholder interaction), it ranges from environment, social responsibility and inclusion, poverty reduction and development, to PPP and innovation, but also includes e-government and e-procurement, communications and negotiations, security, institutional building (policies, rules, guidelines, training), sourcing strategy, supply chain, and government/stakeholder, customer and partner relations.
