Highly skilled social scientist and project director with more than 15 years experience working in agriculture, governance, natural resource management and food security. Experience developing climate change adaptation & mitigation strategies, supporting livelihoods development, as well as developing and delivering participatory training. In all of her positions, she has focused on stakeholder coordination and partner development, and has built the capacity of civil society organizations in Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia. She has a proven track record providing comprehensive support to donor funded projects, leading program startups, establishing and updating institutional operations and M&E systems, developing annual work plans, managing multicultural staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. She has performed gender analysis, developed gender mainstreaming strategies for country-based projects, and has contributed to developing pro-poor & gender-equitable value chain programs.
