With more than 20 years of experience and a diverse background as an entrepreneur, economist, author, global ambassador, judge, and mentor. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in entrepreneurship and leadership initiatives, particularly focusing on empowering women and promoting diversity and inclusion. As the President of Womenice, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of young women, and the Chair of the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Committee for the Women in Business Award Worldwide, I have honed my skills in leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy. I am proud to be the first Lusophone and African to serve as the Chair. As the CEO and Co-founder of Ecokaya, delivering leadership training for organizations worldwide, I have had the opportunity to work in many countries, gaining valuable insights into different cultures and business practices. Additionally, I am the author of more than seven books, covering topics such as entrepreneurship and leadership.
