Proven ability to network and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including government bodies, coalition partners, implementing partners, donors, communities, adolescents and youth, and others in using evidence to inform policy, program, and practice. Excellent skills in working with teams and collaboratively creating solutions. Sound understanding and knowledge of USG/USAID regulations and policies. Countries of experience are Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Kenya, Iraq, Malawi, Mozambique, Nepal, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Ouagadougou Partnership countries. Holds MSc in Social Development Planning and Management (UK) and specialized skills in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (UK) and is multilingual.
