I’m a sociologist/epidemiologist, graduated from School in of Public Health. Have eighteen years of practical experience in public health programs implementatopn (tobacco control, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS programs and related reserach projects). Last twelve years I has been working as a researcher, M&E and public health expert mostly in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and Hep C. I’m a member of the following international associations and networks: International AIDS Society (IAS), RDS Research Network, Public Health Network in the area of development of social networks research methods. I’m an author and co-author of 12 scientific publications. Currently working for CDC funded Project in Ukraine. Since 2010 involved in consultancy projects for The Global Fund, UNDP, UNAIDS, KPMG in many countries in EECA, Africa, and South Asia regions. Core skills: • Planning and conducting behavior and epidemiological researches; • Deck review; • Program evaluation. • MARPs Size Estimation; • HIV and TB Surveillance system development; • M&E system development; • Project Management; • Data collection and analysis.
