I’m a sociologist/epidemiologyst, graduated from School in of Public Health. Have eighteen years of practical experience in tobacco control, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS projects. Last twelve years I has been working as a researcher, M&E and public health expert mostly in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and Hep C. I’m a member of the following international associations and networks: International AIDS Society (IAS), RDS Research Network, Public Health Network in the area of development of social networks research methods. I’m an author and co-author of 12 scientific publications. Currently working for CDC funded Project in Ukraine. Since 2010 involved in consultancy projects for The Global Fund, UNDP, UNAIDS, KPMG. Core skills: • Planning and conducting behavior and epidemiological researches; • Deck review; • Program evaluation. • MARPs Size Estimation; • HIV and TB Surveillance system development; • M&E system development; • Project Management; • Data collection and analysis.
