I am a development professional with 7+ years of experience in financial inclusion, social performance management and international project management in various developing countries. I have designed and managed microfinance programs, conducted monitoring and evaluation studies for poverty alleviation projects, and designed tree crop renovation and rehabilitation (R&R) projects for smallholder cocoa farmers in West Africa. I have work experience in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Kenya, Ghana, the USA and Rwanda. I hold a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and a Master of Global Human Development from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. My academic focus was agriculture food and rural livelihood, social enterprise and quantitative methods. I was a Global Social Enterprise and Development Fellow at Georgetown.
