Vernon Barrett is an independent, international development consultant who advises Organisations and Governments globally in areas of: Climate Change (Finance, Adaptation, Mitigation), Blue Economy, Green Agenda, Rural Economic Development, Entrepreneurship, Program Funding, Project Implementation. His focus is on Strategic Planning, Policy Formulation, Climate Finance, Delivering Change - with specialisms in Small Island Developing States, UN SDG Goals and the UNFCCC framework. He also has 12+ years of conceptualizing, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects in developing country contexts such as Belize, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada, St Lucia, Dominican Republic, Guyana, South Africa, Zimbabwe and India.
