I am a consultant working in the energy industry with 20 years experience in more than 40 countries. I have a mixed engineering, economics, and legal background. I advise clients on developing and implementation of policies and methodologies. Examples of successful systems currently applied where I contributed include the Netherlands, Azerbaijan, Belize, Maldives, Mozambique, Oman, Romania, etc. My experience spans Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific. I have advised electric utilities, energy regulators, and governments on regulation, tariffs and pricing, PPAs, planning, financial modeling, and efficiency and performance improvement.
