Dr. Volodymyr Matiushko, PhD of technology, a graduate of the National Technical University of Ukraine and Bauman Moscow State Technical University in technical sciences, has postgraduate education from the UNIDO, World Bank Group. During the 2019-20 years, he worked at the World Bank as Consultant in Digital Development Global Practice in Kiev, Ukraine. During 2020-22 - as a key expert in EU development projects “Support to preparation of the EIB's Ukraine Public sector digital transformation program loan,” “Digital Capabilities Strategic Analysis of Tajikistan." From 2018 to the present time, there is an Associate expert on the digital and green transition of the "Association of Industrial Automation of Ukraine (AIAU)", from 2021 Member of the Working group of the Ministry of Strategy Industries on issues development of digital infrastructure, and from 2022 Ambassador of Industry4Ukraine in Europe, 2023 - Member of EU Focus Group Ukraine,Brussels.
