I have more than 35 years of experience in development coorperation. I started my career at SNV as Monitrice of the CARDER, Benin, West-Africa, followed by jobs as project manager, senior consultant and project co-ordinator at varous Dutch NGOs.
I am an excellent planner and organiser, have eyes for details without losing the overall view, am loyal and reliable, capable of handling different projects in different project cycle stages simultanously, flexible and, if necessary, persistent and have financial insight.
I worked in varous fields: renewable energy technologies, gender, technology and development, sse and sme development and income generation, food processing technologies, nutrition and extension.
I have experience in recruiting specialist for training of trainers.
