Whether implementing a large multi-year initiative, tackling a short assignment or devising an approach in response to a new business opportunity, I am motivated by the challenge of thinking differently about the solutions to persistent problems and managing the process of change. During my career I have set standards, developed priorities and nurtured the professional growth of staff, leading teams both large (more than 15) and small (just two). I have worked in more than 30 countries from the Caribbean and southeastern Europe to Asia, MENA and sub-Saharan Africa working with donors, private companies, INGOs.
