Mr Ochieng has over 14 years of experience designing, managing, implementing and evaluating international development programmes in different sectors within Africa and the Asian region in both conflict and post conflict contexts. In the course of my work, I have developed insights into better programme design and implementation and the drivers of success for programmes, and designing effective monitoring and evaluation systems. Mr Ochieng has extensive hands on experience working with various international organizations and donors. He has good managerial, diplomatic and communication skills and is highly effective in developing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
