International development professional with extensive background in conflict transformation through youth, education, culture. media, and civic society development programs. Available as a consultant providing programme design, assessment, evaluation, and training services. In the course of my 30 years long career, I worked extensively in the field of international development, both as program manager as well as a consultant conducting assessments and evaluations. I have developed programs for a number of NGOs as well UNESCO, designed and lead numerous trainings, conducted assessments of the education sector in Kosovo and of the inter-ethnic relations in western Macedonia, and completed evaluations of the effect of community development projects on conflict in Macedonia, and the level of tolerance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recently I developed a Personal Development Plan training program for improving employment opportunities of Roma women in Macedonia and finalized an evaluation of the EU cultural heritage program in the Western Balkans. It will be my extreme pleasure to apply all my skills and knowledge to your valuable programs. I am available for long and short terms assignments and am presently residing in Skopje, Macedonia.
