Development Professionals, Inc. (DPI) is seeking short- and long-term consultants for evaluations of U.S. Government international development programs. Assignments can range from approximately 2 months to 1 year. Preferred candidates are mid- to senior-level, with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
5-10 years’ (or more) experience is preferred in the following subject areas: evaluation design and implementation, program impact analysis, ex-post evaluations, program sustainability, program design, risk assessment analysis, program management, audit or risk framework design and analysis, budget, process efficiency, cultural expertise, data collection strategies and instrument development, and data analysis and visual representation. Some assignments require fluency in languages such as Spanish, French, and Arabic; please highlight any language skills in your CV.
