Job Description

DT Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Advisor to support our Manila office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for People Operations in Manila, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our People and Culture Administration team. You’ll provide expert support across onboarding, offboarding, systems, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality HR support across the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, data entry, systems management, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and DT Global policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our staffing solutions provider and DT Global ensuring accurate data processing, effective issue resolution and adherence to established DT Global policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate local staff benefits and engagement initiatives.
  • Support leaders with performance, conduct, and capability matters, with guidance from the Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture Administration team.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage our Learning Management System (Absorb).
  • Assist with people analytics and reporting.
  • Contribute to projects, policy and process development.
  • Perform other duties as required.

About You

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven critical thinking skills with a focus on practical solutions.
  • Skilled in interpreting legislation and providing risk-based contextual advice.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb) is a plus.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
