The M&E Specialist Retainer will be responsible for the following functions:
Impact of Results
The M&E Specialist Retainer directly impacts on achievement of project results by developing and overseeing a robust M&E system that ensures the project is progressing towards its objectives. This consequently reinforces the visibility and image of UNOPS as an effective service provider in project services and management and strengthens its competitive position as a partner of choice in sustainable development and project services.
Education/Experience/Language requirements
Education
A first-level university degree (e.g. Bachelor’s) in Qualitative Research or Monitoring and Evaluation or Development studies or, Social Sciences or Statistics or Public Administration or related area is required.
An accredited post-graduate program (or equivalent) in the mentioned fields above may substitute for 2 of the required years of experience.
