The Role
The People & Culture Officer will be responsible in providing support on a range of People & Culture services including but not limited to recruitment, contract management, employee’s benefits, performance management, training, visas and work permits for international staff.

About You

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Formal qualifications in business administration or other related courses.
  • A 3 years’ experience minimum in HR, preferably with international companies and/or with international development assistance projects/programs.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an office environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sound computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
