The International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, will invest 7.3 million Canadian dollars (USD7 million) in Argentx Mining Corporation. IFC’s investment will finance a mineral exploration project intended to provided economic benefits and jobs for Argentina once the mine is developed. Argentex is a Canadian mining company engaged in mineral exploration projects in Argentina’s Patagonia region.
