A development professional with 22 years of experience in national and international development, human rights and peace-building organizations in Western Balkans and short-term consultancies wordwide (North and South America, Asia, The Caribbean, Europe, Africa). Team leader or senior consultant in strategic planning, programme design and proposal writing, results-based program management (peacebuilding and conflict prevention, local development, civil society development, human rights, gender). Extensive experience in evaluation/impact assessment and capacity building. Provided services to national and international agencies, such as UNDP, UN Women, IFC, OSCE, Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, EU Delegations, development consulting companies and managed several national associations focusing on conflict resolution, human rights, peace-building. Started career in 1995 as a journalist of local and international media in Bosnia and Herzegovina and continued it until 2001. Hold a BA degree in journalism and MSci in Contemporary Sociology. Fluent in English and South-Slavic languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Macedonian), good knowledge of German and Portuguese, basic knowledge of French.
