Mr. Grushevsky has a broad experience in implementation of technical assistance initiatives with a focus on with a focus on local/regional development, governance reform, economic growth. He has a good understanding and extended field expertise in the CEE, Eurasia and Middle East, as well as a demonstrated ability to collaborate directly and effectively with local professionals, business leaders and government officials to deliver results. Mr. Grushevsky has a proved record of project management, monitoring and evaluation. During his professional career he contributed to a wide range of donor-funded and commercial projects. He received a Master's degree in International Affairs (School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York City in 1996, and PhD in Geography from the Moscow State University in Russia in 1992.
