Having experience of more than 14 years in development sectors and working 11 years as a Monitoring &Evaluation professional in both development and emergency response programme, Having diverse working experiences in the different portfolios of the development sector also enriched myself add value to my career. I also prefer to take on new challenges. Working with a bigger portfolio with responsibilities is another career dream. I love to reach my dream by achieving this opportunity. My experiences and skills mentioned the highest performance standards within diverse areas of the development sector at different positions in many national and international development organizations. As I am currently working as Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer on one of the largest funded projects of FCDO “Livelihood Improvement of Urban Poor Communities (LIUPC) project implemented by UNDP. Where I contributed to beneficiaries’ selection using Multiple Poverty Indicators (MPI) and select the rights of beneficiaries for different types of grants (Business, education, apprenticeship and low-cost housing). To select the right beneficiaries, I also conducted pre-verification and post verifications on a sample basis. To measure the effectiveness of the intervention I conducted different after-action reviews and prepare case studies and learning stories. I also analyzed the cost-effectiveness of project intervention and contributed to developing an annual progress report and donor report as well. I also conducted and coordinated several studies, mid-term and final evaluations, and need assessments during any type of natural and man-made disaster. I also contributed to developing country strategy papers and project development through situational analysis and need assessment. In emergency response, I also introduced community feedback and accountability mechanism and also roll-out this system in regular development activities.
