I am an international development expert with over 33 years of experience in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Africa (Ghana and the Gambia). I have worked with a variety of organizations in the conception, execution and management of programs, projects, services, organizational development & management. For 26 years, I have been working in various senior positions such as CEO, Consultant, Director, Head of Department, General Manager, etc. I also possess International experience in both the commercial and development domains to plan and execute projects achieving long-term gains in performance. I mentor and help my team set priorities so that they can achieve results and also guide them on how to effectively manage multiple projects in tandem. I encourage and promote staff participation in developing creative problem-solving abilities. The knowledge and experience that I gained over the years enable me to lead organisations, design effective solutions for managing organisations, ERP implementations, project management and IT deployment, carry out reviews, and produce reports. I train and mentor staff reporting to me in effectively carrying out technical and administrative tasks enabling them to meet deadlines. I have been interacting at CXO and BoDs levels.
