Arnaud Galinié is an economist with extensive experience in data analytics, research design, quantitative research and impact evaluation methodologies. With a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Development from the Toulouse School of Economics obtained in 2015, Arnaud joined the Oxford Policy Management (OPM) Research and Evidence portfolio in September 2022 and works as a Quantitative Impact Evaluation Consultant. Before joining OPM, Arnaud has worked on and managed a wide range of research projects across Africa, including monitoring work and impact evaluations for clients such as UNICEF, PWC, USAID, World Bank and FCDO.
