Brian Kemple has over 26 years' experience in senior, long-term positions in international development projects, and 14 years' experience as Chief of Party, in Kosovo, the Western Balkans, Central Asia and Ukraine. Subject areas of expertise include * judicial reform * commercial law and regulatory reform at the national and local level * supporting civil society development and engagement in reform initiatives * public outreach campaigns in support equal rights for women and social inclusiveness Mr. Kemple has worked on projects funded by USAID, the EU and the OSCE. He is fluent in Russian and has a hight working proficiency in Albanian and is currently residing in Pristina, Kosovo.
