Summary of Management and Program Experience: i. over 23 years of program support, management and implementation experience in conflict, post conflict and developing countries – Iraq, Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, Jordan and former Yugoslavia, with UN and INGOs. ii. Strong leadership and management skills - including remote management in complex environments, guidance and coordination of large teams, expatriate and national managers and technical specialist. iii. Strategic and program development, staff and local partner capacity development. iv. Oversaw multiple program areas and countries/regions, diverse and complex multi-million budgets of development and humanitarian programs. v. Experience with various donors and strong donor compliance, operational and grant management experience.
