Throughout my career, I have established a track record of success by leveraging a collaborative and enabling leadership style to accomplish all short- and long-term objectives. An engaging and articulate communicator, I am able to clearly convey complex information and propose novel solutions to build consensus with key program stakeholders, including government and non-governmental agencies and executive leadership. Some of my key projects and accomplishments include:  Chief of Party for USAID’s Health, Civil Engagement, and Stabilisation programs in Afghanistan, USAID’s FARM project in South Sudan, USAID’s flagship civil society development program in Zimbabwe, and for USAID’s peace-building project in Uganda.  Team Leader for the Asian Development Bank-funded Afghanistan Rural Business Support Program and for EC-financed justice reform program in Nepal.  Expertly performed management turnarounds for programs such as Health and Stabilization programs in Afghanistan.
