A seasoned DRG program director with 25 years of combined experience as, variously, INL Program Coordinator, Chief of Party, Programs Director, and Foreign Service Officer with USAID in Latin America (Colombia, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica), South Asia (Afghanistan), Russia and Azerbaijan. Retired from USAID in Sep 2013 as Career Foreign Service Officer, followed by full-time Chief of Party contractor assignments for USAID funded citizen security, violence prevention, anti-corruption, and criminal and community justice strengthening projects, respectively, in Honduras and the Dominican Republic. Currently DOS/INL Programs Coordinator in Costa Rica. Languages are native English, fluent Spanish, and minimum Russian reading and speaking.
