Advisory background is in public sector digitalization and e-governance (including the introducing shared systems and platforms), improving the business enabling environment (including design and implementation of competition policy), fostering business-led innovation and knowledge-based entrepreneurship (including on establishing innovation infrastructure and research-industry collaboration); promoting investment and economic growth (including identifying and designing support schemes for the growth of high-value added competitive industries); building the capacity and operational efficiency of public bodies that deliver services to businesses, and in assisting public bodies in change management following reforms. Intimate knowledge of the political, economic, and governance aspects of post-communist transition countries, and proven record of successful communication and dialogue with high-level government officials.
