• Land reform and markets expert with more than 25 years of experience in project management implementing USAID-funded projects in land reform, privatization, policy and legal development, land and property registry, and economic analysis in Central Asia. • Proven experience in collaborating with government officials, high level ministry officials, municipal officials, NGO and private sector representatives, media and beneficiaries on land reform and economic legislation and other issues including working on programs focused on women’s empowerment and gender equality. • Strong leader and communicator with the ability efficiently manage staff and provide constructive, well-received guidance to enhanced performance. • More than 20 years experience work as Chief of Party /Deputy Chief of Party for different USAID projects in Central Asia in area of agriculture, local government support, protect rights of citizens and etc . • Native Russian, proficient English
