David Tsetse (He / Him)

David Tsetse is an accomplished and seasoned Ghanaian American professional with over 22 years of multicultural and diverse geographical experience. He has over 22 years of experience in leading and delivering impactful programs and solutions in the water, environment, mining, and energy sectors. He has worked and lived in Africa, Europe, and the USA, and advised governments and agencies in over 90 countries around the world. David has a strong track record of developing and implementing climate resilient water security, environmental health, safety and quality (EHSQ), economic social and governance (ESG), and sustainability strategies, programs, and plans that align with the organizational goals and the needs of the communities and the environment. David is passionate about building strategic alliances, influencing high-level decision-makers, mobilizing resources, and raising the visibility of our programs and outcomes. He has led diverse teams of up to 52 people and managed over US$120 million budget. He has also served as a board director for several organizations, providing technical advice and guidance on organizational compliance, supply chain, quality assurance and improvement, and risk management strategies in relation to water security and environment. Additionally, I have taught and mentored employees and students around the world and authored a book on environmental management in developing countries and several publications on environmental management and water security. David holds BSc (Hons) in Geology, MSc in Environmental Engineering, MBA in Engineering Management, Ph.D. in Development and Environment degrees, Executive Leadership and Management certificates; Registered Environmental Professional, Certified Risk Assessment and Management Expert, and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER, and Lean Sigma Six Green Belt certifications.
