I bring 22+ years’ of experience in management consulting, public policy research for large ICT and social impact projects in India, Asia, and Europe. I have expertise in Project Management, Multi-Stakeholder projects, Capacity Building, and Training. I have considerable experience in managing large International, National, and State Govt. projects. I have worked as an Expert with international organisations such as- the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the European Union (EU). I have earned a first-class M.Sc. (Physics) degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and an earned Ph.D. in 2019 in the area of e-Governance Skill Development in India. I have excellent experience in electronic Public Services including Land records, G2C services in India, and Emigration domains. My research interests are Capacity Building, e-governance systems, ICT systems and governance, a transformation of public services through ICT, Public Policy, Vocational Education for e-governance.
