I am currently a researcher on E-Government (Management Information Systems in Governments domain) at Turku School of Economics. I have a master's degree in Information Technology. I have a second master's degree in Economics and Business Administration major in Marketing. I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration. I have working experience of more than 20 years working with governments, business firms, NGOs, and academic institutes in designing, developing and implementation of Management information systems. I have worked with projects funded by World Bank, European Union and other donors.
