Eibhlín is a senior result-oriented Communications, Organisational Development and Knowledge Management specialist with over 25 years’ experience. For almost 18 years she has been responsible for strategizing, planning and managing implementation of corporate knowledge systems and enterprise business applications across Africa including user awareness, adoption and training. Prior to this she worked with UNICEF for eight years as part of their communications team. Currently, she is working as a consultant with the AfDB as a change management and user adoption specialist with the PMO team in TCIS0. Providing change management, user adoption and change communications support to the SANKOFA programme and a variety of other projects. Prior to that she was involved in a Communication and Change Management for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) initiative with African Development Bank where she was responsible for drafting ECM program communication materials, delivering internal communications support to the ECM Project team, and also developing Change Management and Communication plan for successful implementation of ECM initiative. Eibhlin holds two masters degrees: an Advanced MA in Communications (distinction) with the University of Malmo in Sweden and an MPhil in Management Practice focusing specifically on Organisational Development, Information and Knowledge Management from University of Cape Town. In March 2007 Eibhlín graduated with distinction from the Management Development Programme (MDP) programme at the Graduate School of Business (GSB), University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. She has also completed Higher Diploma in Design/Communications from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology, Dublin Ireland. She is both PROSCI and APMG certified Change Management practitioner.
